High temperature combustion components
Quantitatively digest the test sample at a furnace temperature of up to 1200 ° C, with a ten-year warranty for the combustion furnace (the instantaneous combustion temperature can reach 1800 ° C when using tin foil). This is a prerequisite for achieving a 100% recovery rate, even for samples that are difficult to burn. Inject oxygen directly into the combustion point of the sample to locally enrich oxygen and reduce gas consumption

Wide weight range
According to the requirement of up to 20 milligrams of organic matter, samples ranging from trace (<1 milligrams) to macro (800 milligrams of soil) can be processed

Electronic microbalance:
The balance and elemental analyzer form a system. We provide microbalances and analytical balances supplied by manufacturers for our instruments.

Connect Isoprime series IRMS:
Please refer to the vario ISOTOPE cube, a similar instrument to the vario EL cube. This instrument has been specially optimized and can be used in conjunction with IRMS instruments.

Sample injector:
Provide spare sample trays suitable for larger samples up to 1 cubic centimeter in volume

Oxygen measurement upgrade attachment:
Used to upgrade basic configuration instruments for measuring oxygen content at thermal cracking temperatures up to 1150 ° C. Convert bound oxygen into carbon monoxide and detect it using built-in TCD or IR technology.

Sulfur measurement upgrade attachment
Used to upgrade the basic configuration instrument for highly accurate determination of sulfur content within the trace concentration range.

Chlorine measurement upgrade attachment:
Used to upgrade basic configuration instruments and measure chlorine content. Burn the sample at 1150 ° C and then use an electrochemical detector to detect the formed hydrogen chloride.

The attachment is only used for analyzing total inorganic carbon.

Steel combustion tube:
Longer lifespan when handling highly corrosive samples. Used in CHN and CN modes.

Tin bag sealer:
Used for quantitatively loading liquids and sensitive samples into tin bags and sealing them.

Vario liquid sampler (VLS):
VLS automatic sampler is used to directly inject liquid into the combustion chamber.

Manual gas/liquid injection:
Used for injecting liquid or gas samples through diaphragm free injection ports and microinjectors.

Sample former (with stamping tool):
Used for compressing packaging samples and extruding air from soil samples.

Manual stamping tool:
Used for manually compressing packaging samples.

Our consumables kit includes all the components and chemicals required for the corresponding mode. In most cases, it includes combustion tubes/reduction tubes, all chemical and instrument specific vulnerable parts. We will not compromise on the quality of the components and chemicals we use - this is a prerequisite for ensuring the durability of our instruments.
